Beautiful faces show that the distribution of fat is maximal over the cheek bone. Below this region there is a discreet reduction of volume. This is known colloquially as "high cheekbones." This patient wanted to restore her youthful cheekbones. The re-creation of an eyelid fold at an ideal height, the releasing of the creases of the chin and the restitution of lip volume, all contributed to the rejuvenation of this vivacious lady. Here, a face, neck, forehead, eyelid lifts, lip volume restorations (with the patient's own live tissues), and peri-oral dermabrasion were performed. Again, no other enhancement, such as peels, microdermabrasion, or fillers were used.
