This is an example of a mastopexy, an operation in which the existing volume of the breast is maintained entirely intact, but the breasts are lifted to an attractive and very youthful position. A small segment of skin is the only tissue removed in order to re-create the beautiful shape; no implants are used. Please note that the scar lines in the postoperative photo will fade over time.
